Letter to Professor Crandley
After designing and prototyping 3 projects I have implemented concepts of game design and theory by developing skills for designing video game from concepts through prototyping, creating game designs using a PC, and increasing familiarity with the game development industry.
To design a video game seems fun at first but it much difficult than you think. It takes a long time for the process to make the game possible. From my experience of designing video games, the process takes a long time but it can be difficult at some points like coding the rights areas in the game because without the right parts of the code the game will not work. Testing the game can make sure that the game works correctly. I think testing the game is seems very easy then coding on the game.
Story:
You’re a mining chief working for an outer space mining company that was given the task of creating a replacements for the moon (since Kim Jong Un nuked the original moon on accident trying to nuke the U.S). Create 5 man made moons (that are inhabitable). To complete the game (mission), collect in outer space resources (since Earth resources have become scarce).
Instructions:
Collect your resources (ice comets and asteroid cores) and build your planet with your supplies.

Instructions:
Collect your resources (ice comets and asteroid cores) and build your planet with your supplies.
Resources:
- Lives (5)
- Unlimited ammo (energy blast)
- Score (gives more lives)
- Mechanisms:
- Collision between asteroid/ Comet and spaceship = death
- Collecting pieces in wrong order results in restarting your progress bar
- We have made a planet as the finished product when the player has collected all the cores
- The cores will build the planet as you collect them
